A quick thought on Thanksgiving. In the spirit of “taking small green steps”, try putting one organic offering on the dinner table this thanksgiving for everyone to enjoy.

It’s probably one of the toughest Thanksgivings in a long time for many people, economically speaking. An organic turkey might be more money than you might want to pay for a bird, if that’s the case how about lower cost items like organic greens or organic cranberry sauce?
